In our bachelor's thesis, we addressed the question of how local communities can benefit from the expansion of renewable energies. For this purpose, we developed a digital platform for energy communities, with which citizens can promote regional expansion of renewable energies quickly and easily. Members of these communities can use the new.

Uncertainty was a recurring part of travel, having to seek out fragmented and lackluster info. Proactive Data surfaces existing information at meaningful moments throughout the journey, helping people feel more informed and in control.

Rather than introducing entirely new channels of communication, "Announcements" extends the trusted practice that already exists; capturing and redistributing on-train anouncements so they can be revisited, translated, and accessed across touchpoints throughout the journey.

We found that passengers valued being able to ask questions, share experiences, and help one another navigate uncertainty. Through Communication, travelers become active participants in the service, creating channels to exchange knowledge, seek support, and contribute to the collective experience of the journey.
